1. Who We Are
TrackMe is a business accounting and operations app that helps users manage firm accounts, cash vouchers (Rokad Parcha), deposits and expenses, ledgers, account names, saved credentials and related day-to-day business records. Any reference to "we" or "the developer" means the same entity that owns the Google Play listing for TrackMe — Technical Library Apps, operated by Rajat Gupta.
2. Information We Collect
We collect only what is needed to run the App for you:
Account & profile
Name, user/login ID, email, mobile number, company/workspace and an optional profile photo.
Business data
Vouchers, deposits, expenses, ledgers, account names, remarks and credentials you store (secrets are encrypted).
Media you attach
Photos (camera/gallery), voice notes (microphone) and video notes — only when you add them to an entry.
Device & technical
Device model, OS, app version, a device identifier and a push token (Firebase Cloud Messaging).
Location is collected only if you grant permission and use a feature that needs it (e.g. device/field location). You can deny or revoke it anytime in device settings.
3. Device Permissions
Each permission powers a specific feature and can be revoked anytime:
Camera & Photos
Capture or select images for vouchers, attachments and your profile picture.
Microphone
Record optional voice notes attached to entries.
Location
Attach or update device/field location for location-based features.
Notifications
Deliver alerts and updates relevant to your account.
4. How We Use Your Information
- Authenticate you and operate your account and workspace.
- Create, store, display and sync your business records and attachments.
- Generate the PDF / CSV reports you request.
- Send relevant push notifications.
- Maintain security, prevent fraud and unauthorized access.
- Provide support, improve the App, and comply with legal obligations.
6. Data Security
We apply appropriate technical and organizational safeguards. Credentials saved in the in-app Password Manager are stored in encrypted form, and data is transmitted over secure connections. No method of electronic storage or transmission is 100% secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
7. Data Retention
We retain your information while your account is active or as needed to provide the App, keep business records, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes and enforce agreements. Information no longer required is securely deleted or anonymized.
8. Account & Data Deletion
You may request deletion of your account and associated personal data at any time by emailing technicallibraryteam@gmail.com. We process verified deletion requests in accordance with applicable law and Google Play requirements.
9. Children's Privacy
TrackMe is intended for business use by adults and is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect information from children; if we learn we have, we delete it promptly.
10. Your Rights
Subject to applicable law, you may access, correct, delete or export your personal information, withdraw consent, or object to certain processing. To exercise these rights, contact us using the details below.
11. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes are posted on this page with a revised "Effective Date." Continued use of TrackMe after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
